landing enterprise accounts
80% of enterprise pilots converted into annual contracts, including the company's largest at $60K a year. Average contract value grew from $6K to $22K.
Enterprise accounts started as pilots. The close came from usage reviews, our version of the QBR, recurring conversations that turned a team's underwriting volume into analyst hours saved, against baselines the customer gave us in discovery.
Public Storage came in through a conference relationship. When they showed real interest, we flew down the next day and demoed in person for their CFO. The pilot signed about a month later and became the company's largest contract.
